NextGen System Administrator The Senior NextGen Enterprise Systems Administrator is a key technical resource within Assembly Health's Physician RCM division. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end NextGen Enterprise implementations for new clients, ensuring systems are configured, optimized, and fully operational to support revenue cycle performance. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with NextGen Enterprise and a strong understanding of physician practice workflows and RCM operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implementation & Onboarding Lead full-cycle NextGen Enterprise implementations for new Physician RCM clients, from discovery through go-live and post-live stabilization. Conduct workflow assessments and translate client-specific requirements into system configuration plans. Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and NextGen support resources to ensure implementation milestones are met on time.
