In this role, you will not only provide user support, you will also have the autonomy to build, and a team that values your creative input. You will sit at the intersection of AI-enabled innovations, complex insurance data models, and high-stakes automation. If you are someone who loves deconstructing a messy business problem and rebuilding it into an elegant Flow, or someone who takes pride in "figuring it out”, we want to talk to you. Roles and Responsibilities Creative Problem Solving: Translate ambiguous business requests into scalable technical solutions. You’ll need to ask the right questions to uncover the "why" behind a request.
