Workday Integration Developer

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in developing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Workday integrations across HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workday HCM integrations. Work with Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0. Perform data transformation using XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV. Develop Workday reports, including Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Calculated Fields, and BIRT. Manage secure file transfers using SFTP, PGP encryption, certificates, and keys. Support Workday HCM modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent. Perform integration testing, defect resolution, monitoring, and production support. Troubleshoot integration failures and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Required Skills
4–10 years of relevant IT experience with hands-on Workday integration development. Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services, SOAP, REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0. Experience with XSLT, XML, JSON, and CSV. Knowledge of Workday reporting tools and calculated fields. Understanding of Workday HCM business processes, HR data models, and security domains. Experience with SFTP, PGP, certificates, and secure data exchange. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Workday integration implementation, enhancement, and production support experience. GCP or Microsoft Azure developer certification is an advantage.
