Hello Management is seeking a skilled, independent full-stack developer to design, build, improve, and maintain business applications, integrations, and automation solutions.
This is a hands-on development role focused on delivering reliable software, connecting business systems, improving existing functionality, and creating practical AI-enabled workflows. It is not primarily a helpdesk or platform-administration role.
You will collaborate with the Technology Manager and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, testable technical deliverables.
We are looking for someone who can take a defined technical assignment and execute it independently, with strong attention to functionality, reliability, security, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Maintenance
Develop, troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain web applications, dashboards, and business reporting tools. Build, enhance, and maintain internal business applications and digital tools that support operational efficiency. Deliver prioritized features and fixes in short Agile cycles, with defined ownership, target timelines, code review, testing, and documented handoff. Use AI-assisted development responsibly, reviewing and testing generated code before delivery.
Systems, Integrations & Automation
Implement software integrations and automated workflows based on defined business requirements. Build reliable integrations using supported interfaces, appropriate access controls, and sound data-handling practices. Develop and maintain AI-enabled automations that reduce repetitive work while supporting appropriate oversight, error handling, and accountability. Coordinate with business-system specialists on integrations, shared workflows, and data consistency.
Technical Execution & Support
Troubleshoot technical issues related to assigned applications, configurations, and integrations. Test implementations, identify defects, and complete necessary corrections. Main …truncated… specialists.
