What You Will Do Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced technical issues from the IT Support team. Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, identity, application. and cloud-related issues. Support identity and access management through Okta, Google Workspace, and related authentication technologies. Work closely with Engineering, Security, Networking, and IT Support teams to resolve cross-functional incidents. Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and improve operational workflows. Document and Operationalize repetitive processes to be passed down to our support team.
