OVERVIEW The Alo Brand Protection Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to Alo’s Brand Protection program, helping ensure the team remains organized, responsive, and prepared to support enforcement activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal and external partners, managing key administrative processes, and preparing reports and materials that support program oversight and decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain sensitive information, and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, ensuring requests, documentation, approvals, vendor activities, and deadlines are accurately tracked and completed. Maintain organized Brand Protection records, including enforcement files, contracts, invoices, vendor documentation, and product-authentication materials. Collect and validate data from enforcement platforms, vendors, and internal teams, and prepare recurring reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and presentations.
