OVERVIEW As the Director of Retail Operating Model & Technology, you will be at the forefront of shaping how process, people, and technology work together seamlessly to enable retail growth. In this new role, you serve as the architect of our weekly and daily operational routines in stores, connecting the dots between staffing and scheduling, disparate and integrated tech platforms, and operational processes in stores to maximize efficiency, drive labor reductions, and ensure front-line team success by making store operations easy and wrong execution impossible through technology. This role operates at a global level with a focus on developing scalable solutions that serve as the baseline blueprint for international expansion that can be adapted to support localized nuances outside of the US. Success criteria for this role is measured through improvements to key metrics including inventory accuracy, shrink, replenishment rates, short ship rate, and labor spend.
