Overview Responsible for managing product integrity DC teams of Hong Kong providing guidance and training as needed, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Supervises the day-to-day activities of all different inspections and projects. Implements and enforces quality control standards and procedures throughout the garment inspection process. Responsibilities Analize garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes. Responsible for implementing and monitoring the inspection/measurement team. Ability/willingness to learn new skills/processes and improve current skills. Work with the PI DC team daily to call out any quality/production issues. Prepare reports and presentations. Request PP / TOP samples to compare bulk production garments. Communicate via email the team about any production rejections, viable solutions, and due dates. Manage time to ensure that assigned work is completed accurately and on schedule. Review detailed records of quality inspections, including documentation, database, and digital platforms.
