About the Role We are seeking an Engineering Manager, Platform Engineering to lead teams responsible for building and operating the core platforms, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling that power a high-scale, high-availability eCommerce ecosystem. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help shape platform strategy, guide architectural decisions, and enable engineering teams to deliver reliable systems safely and efficiently. While primarily a leadership role, this position values hands-on technical engagement to stay close to the systems and challenges teams face. Responsibilities Define and evolve the platform engineering strategy, setting technical direction and multi-quarter roadmaps aligned with product and business priorities. Lead cloud and infrastructure engineering, including compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure as code, with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and cost awareness.
