OVERVIEW The Sample Coordinator role is at the heart center, ensuring all meetings, photoshoots and assets best represent ALO’s excellence. In this role you will be the Sample Style Expert. Your keen attention to detail will allow you to guide others when samples are being used cross-functionally. RESPONSIBILITIES SAMPLES Organize and manage all samples across multiple seasons, up to 8 seasons at one time (men’s, women’s, accessories) Maintain samples in merchandise room Facilitate samples being borrowed between departments and outside sales representatives/ check- out, check-in system. Coordinate dates to ensure samples are available for key meetings and shoots in advance of meeting date Communicate to cross-functional teams the differences between SMS and production via change log Coordinate with technical design team to borrow proto or fit samples accordingly.
