The Printer Technician supports print-on-demand (POD) production and fulfillment operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production printers, related equipment, and automated material handling systems. Working independently or with minimal guidance, this role helps maintain equipment reliability, print quality, and daily volume output while minimizing disruptions to production. The Printer Technician serves as an onsite technical resource, coordinates maintenance with Operations and Facilities, and applies an understanding of equipment performance, product flow, and production priorities to resolve issues safely and efficiently. REQUIREMENTS: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls issues affecting production printers, related machinery, and automated material handling equipment using technical drawings, equipment manuals, and diagnostic tools. Respond promptly to equipment issues that affect daily workflow or volume output; communicate downtime, repair status, and expected return to service to Operations and Facilities.
