OVERVIEW The Regional Asset Protection Manager, Central DFW will help create, develop, lead, and maximize all aspects of the Asset Protection function for ALO sanctuaries across assigned districts in the Central United States. The role will ideally be based in Dallas and will work in direct partnership with regional Asset Protection counterparts, Retail Operations leadership, and the Director of Asset Protection and Safety. In this role, you will use proven methodologies, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, data analysis, and strong field engagement to develop and execute a comprehensive Asset Protection program that supports the ALO vision and continued brand expansion. The Regional Asset Protection Manager will embrace artificial intelligence as a force multiplier—using AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, accelerate pattern and anomaly detection, improve investigative efficiency, and support proactive, data-informed decision-making. This position will support a growing, multi-district portfolio of sanctuaries throughout the Central DFW area.
