OVERVIEW ALO is seeking a mid-to-senior employment attorney to manage employment counseling, contract, and policy needs as we expand in North America. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to take ownership of a broad array of employment issues in a fast-paced, growing company. As Senior Employment Counsel, you will serve as a key legal advisor on all aspects of employment law, policy, immigration and compliance across our U.S. and Canada operations. You will work closely with ALO’s Director of Employment, HR, Retail, and Payroll teams to ensure that our company remains compliant with local, state, federal, and international labor laws, while also addressing a wide range of legal matters related to our workforce.
