OVERVIEW ALO is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer on a contract basis to help us identify and engage exceptional technology talent, from senior individual contributors through executive leaders. In this role, you’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to build targeted sourcing strategies, map talent markets, and develop pipelines for high-priority technical searches across Software Engineering, Data & Machine Learning/AI. We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical sourcing expertise with the judgment and personalized approach needed to engage senior and executive talent.
