OVERVIEW We are seeking a Senior Director to lead Data Analytics (Digital), Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence, as a unified strategic capability. This role sits at the intersection of business insight, advanced analytics, and applied AI. You will shape how data and intelligence drive decisions, experiences, and operational excellence across the company—especially in marketing and digital and customer engagement. This leader is both a strategist and a builder: setting vision, developing talent, and ensuring measurable impact, while staying close enough to the work to guide technical direction and architectural choices. RESPONSIBILITIES Set the vision and roadmap for Data Science, AI, and Digital Analytics, aligned to business priorities and growth strategy. Lead and scale high-performing teams across data science, applied AI/ML, experimentation, and digital analytics.
