Who you'll be: As a Deputy Program Manager, you will oversee comprehensive records management, ensuring all documentation is organized and compliant. You will enhance records management processes and create automated workflows to improve operational efficiency. Your role also includes developing dashboards for data-driven decision-making and providing procurement support, adapting to dynamic team needs and priorities. What you'll do: Oversee the preparation and administration of records management file plans and recommend improvements. Create and maintain automated workflows and dashboards to support team operations and enhance efficiency. Provide procurement support by assisting with purchasing processes and vendor management.
