The Role We’re seeking a Staff+ Software Engineer to own the backend architecture and scaling of our clinician-facing provider platform. This is a high-ownership IC role where you will define technical direction for core backend systems, not just implement features. You’ll act as a technical leader across multiple engineers and teams, setting patterns for APIs, data modeling, and system design that others build on. What You'll Do: Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models that power clinician workflows, reporting, and internal tools.
