Role Overview
The Regional Sales Lead (Americas) will own the end-to-end sales strategy and revenue growth for Tokens, AI Infrastructure, TokenOps, AI Platforms, and Strategic AI Portfolio Solutions across North America.
The role requires a highly entrepreneurial sales leader capable of building C-level relationships, driving large enterprise AI transformations, originating strategic partnerships, and scaling multimillion-dollar AI programs across Fortune 500 customers. This leader will collaborate closely with the Global GTM, Delivery, Investment, and Partnership teams to position as the preferred AI transformation partner for enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Business Growth
Own regional revenue, ARR, pipeline, and sales targets across the Americas. Develop and execute GTM strategies for Tokens, AI Infrastructure, Agentic AI, and Enterprise AI offerings. Build a strong pipeline through strategic account planning and executive engagement. Lead complex AI transformation deals from opportunity identification through contract closure.
