Internship Program Mission: To attract and engage undergraduate and graduate talent, including students pursuing advanced degrees for specialized roles, by providing meaningful internship opportunities at HAI Group that align with their fields of study and enable them to apply academic knowledge, theory, and skills in a practical workplace environment. Internship Overview As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with enterprise data, business intelligence, reporting solutions, and analytics initiatives that directly support business decision-making across the organization. You will work alongside data analysts, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to help deliver trusted data, actionable insights, and reporting solutions that support underwriting, claims, finance, risk management, and other key business functions. This is a full-time, paid internship that is required to be on-site in the HAI Group office, located in Cheshire, CT, Monday–Friday. The internship program will run from May 31st– Mid August.
