Serve as a trusted advisor to our HR leadership group, our centers of excellence and our business partners, turning business goals into system capability and service build. You will ask the questions that sharpen a request, give people a clear view of sequencing, effort and trade-offs, and help us move toward AI-enabled, automation-first ways of working. You will report to our Vice President of HR Planning, Analytics & Technology and lead senior business systems analysts, an HR operations manager with a specialist group, and an outsourced administration partner. A day in the life: HR platforms and delivery: Look after our HR systems estate, including SuccessFactors, Greenhouse and the applications around them, together with the integrations connecting them to Finance, IT and external providers.
