You'll work side by side with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth. This role is for someone who loves the pace of an early-stage company. We ship every week, learn from customers, and expect plans to change. Our users are partners, principals and deal teams who live in dense data. Think market maps, company signals, research, and outreach. Your job is to make that power feel simple, fast, and trustworthy. Given the size of the team, you'll work across the entire product, from early concept to what ships, and help define what we build next. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own design end to end. Take features from fuzzy problem to wireframes, high-fidelity designs and shipped product. - Design for data-dense workflows. Turn market maps, company signals, research, and outreach into interfaces investors can scan, trust, and act on in seconds. - Ship weekly. Get work in front of users early, learn from what’s live, and iterate instead of waiting for perfect. - Own the outcome, not just the design. Follow your work through launch, measure whether it worked, and fix what didn’t. - Prototype to find the answer.
