Balancing what we're required to deliver with our capacity for delivery, PMs always have their fingers on the pulse of Jellyfish. PMs partner directly with our clients to understand how best to deliver on their requirements, while facilitating Jellyfish people, process, and technology to most effectively and efficiently excel at digital marketing. Project managers are the champions of process in the organization; ensuring that it’s followed on our engagements and where necessary creating new processes to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing results for our clients, both internal and external.
