As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in the Customer Platform team, you’ll own and evolve the foundational systems that serve both our B2B customers and individual creators. These include entitlements, workspace hierarchy, memberships, authorization modeling and safelisting. We’re the system of record for account structures and what users are entitled to, so these systems are business-critical. Our work spans both audiences, from enabling enterprise-ready features to improving the experience for individual creators. That gives you broad impact across the product and a wide variety of challenges. We have a strong engineering culture grounded in openness and collaboration, with pair and mob programming and dedicated hack weeks for experimentation and learning. Your key responsibilities include - Own the team’s systems end-to-end across frontend and backend, from discovery, technical proposals and prototypes through to implementation, testing, deployment and documentation. - Shape the technical direction and architecture of the team’s platform capabilities, balancing new development with long-term scalability and maintainability. - Help evolve our platform by refactoring and modernizing established systems, improving their quality, scalability and maintainability. - Lead larger technical initiatives and drive them from idea to delivery. - Ensure the stability and reliability of critical systems through monitoring, incident handling and participation in the on-call rotation. - Use AI tools as a natural part of your daily…
