In 2024, Kodiak launched commercial Driver-as-a-Service operations with no one in the cab, and plans to launch driverless long-haul service between Dallas and Houston by the end of 2026. Kodiak has partnered with many of the biggest names in freight, including Bosch for scaled hardware production, AWS, and leading customers including Atlas Energy Solutions, IKEA, Bridgestone, Werner Enterprises, C.R. England, Roehl Transport, and General Dynamics Land Systems. Kodiak is seeking a highly skilled and intrapreneurial Senior Product Manager to drive the development of our Assisted Autonomy (AA) solution. AA allows a human to remotely control a truck in certain low-speed and clearly-defined scenarios that benefit from human involvement. AA is part of the functionality of Kodiak's autonomous solution, the Kodiak Driver. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) PM role that requires end-to-end product ownership of Assisted Autonomy at Kodiak. You will be responsible for assessing and tracking the market, listening to customers, analyzing data, and evaluating Kodiak’s capabilities to unify a cross-functional team behind a cohesive product vision and strategy. Because this role involves both software and hardware , it requires a unique blend of technical depth, B2C UX/design sensibility, and rigorous execution.
