Brief Job Description:
The Identity and Access Management Programmer V position reports to the Identity and Access Management (IAM) manager. Is seeking a skilled IAM Developer specializing in SailPoint and Okta to join our dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and maintaining our IAM platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards, enhancing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of overall functionality. Requirements for this position include expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle and extensive work experience in information technology frameworks, including IAM industry standards.
Essential Job Functions (EJFs):
Create, implement, and maintain integration processes within SailPoint and Okta to streamline identity lifecycle management and access controls. This includes planning, system design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and providing production support for IAM software systems. Drive design, delivery, and integration for interfaces, system connectivity, and batch processes for existing IAM applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and IT operations, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement these requirements by coordinating staff, tasks, and schedules to develop and/or modify IAM software applications. (30%) Provide oversight and mentorship to vendor and junior technical staff, guiding their professional development and contributions to projects.
