Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in C and backend software development to join a global technology team supporting financial platforms and applications.
The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing high-performance backend services, APIs, libraries, and frameworks. The candidate will collaborate with global teams, business stakeholders, and technology professionals to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions.
Experience with cloud-based development, application containerization, and Azure services is desirable. Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Backend Development
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications, services, and APIs using C. Build scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. Develop and maintain reusable libraries and frameworks. Optimize application performance, data integrity, and system reliability.
2. System Integration
Integrate financial platforms, internal systems, and third-party services. Work with technologies such as RabbitMQ, gRPC, GraphQL, MongoDB, and MS SQL Server. Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability between applications.
3. Cloud & Application Modernization
Contribute to application containerization and cloud-based development. Work with Microsoft Azure services and cloud technologies. Support application modernization and deployment initiatives.
4. Code Quality & Testing
Follow coding standards and software development best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement. Support CI/CD processes and maintain high standards of code quality.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
