The PlayStation brand falls under Sony Interactive Entertainment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation. ■職務内容 / Job Responsibilities Platform Supportチームは、PlayStationのオンラインサービスを支えるコンテナ、ネットワーク、認証、監視などの共通基盤を対象に、プラットフォーム開発チームが提供する共通基盤の運用を担いながら、AIを活用した標準化・自動化を推進し、運用モデルそのものを継続的に改善しています。また、共通基盤全体に対する深い知識と運用経験を活かし、共通基盤を利用する開発チームを支援し、 Developer Experienceの向上やPlayStation全体へのベストプラクティス展開を推進しています。本ポジションでは、日本におけるPlatform SupportチームのManagerとして、チームメンバーの育成・組織運営に加え、日本拠点におけるPlatform Support組織のリーダーおよびグローバルPlatform Support組織との Point of Contactを担っていただきます。 US・インドをはじめとするグローバルメンバーと密接に連携し、日本のPlatform Supportチームを代表して、Platform Support戦略、運用モデル、Developer Experience向上施策、AIを活用した自動化戦略を推進していただきます。加えて、Platform Engineering、Service Reliability Engineering、Technical Operations Support（TOS）を組み合わせた次世代の運用モデルを設計し、日本だけではなくPlayStation全体で利用できるグローバルな Platform Supportモデルも構築していただきます。 AIを活用して運用を変革したい方、組織や運用モデルそのものを設計したい方、そしてグローバルチームとともにPlayStation全体へインパクトを与えたい方にとって、大きな裁量を持って活躍できるポジションです。【主な業務】日本におけるPlatform SupportチームのPeople Managerとして、採用、人材育成、パフォーマンスマネジメントを推進日本拠点におけるPlatform Support組織の代表およびGlobal Platform SupportチームとのPoint of Contactとして、日本・US・インドのステークホルダーとの連携を推進 Platform Support組織のロードマップ、OKR/KPIを策定し、組織全体の継続的な改善をリード AIを活用した運用自動化、標準化、Developer Experience向上戦略を策定・推進新たに発生する運用業務をPlatform Supportで立ち上げ、標準化・自動化を進めたうえでTOSなどの実行チームへ移管し、スケーラブルな運用モデルを構築 Platform Engin…Sign in to see the original postingBrowse more developer jobs on RoleBurst
