Position Overview We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to own delivery across the programs that scale Skild AI’s robots to new customer sites, applications, and robot types. Our robots already work in customer facilities. You will run the product releases, hardware builds, and customer deployments that take them to production, where robotics hardware, foundation models, and fleet software meet. You will report to the Senior Director of Product & Engineering and work closely with engineering, product, and operations leaders. You will own how programs are planned, tracked, and delivered, and give leadership clear visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs. This role offers the chance to shape how a fast-growing company executes and to grow the program management function over time. Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of concurrent programs, from software releases to hardware builds and customer deployments, and hold teams to clear commitments and milestones. Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, and operations so work lands in the right order. Surface schedule, technical, and resourcing risks early, drive mitigation, and present trade-offs to leadership with clear options.
