Role: Designer Location: Chicago, Illinois - 4 days in office per week About the role: As Designer, you'll work with one of OLIVER's client, collaborating with a Creative Director and a wider creative team to produce high-quality work across multiple brands and channels. You'll take creative from concept through to polished, production-ready execution — independently managing your workload and delivering with consistent craft and clear creative thinking. This is a role for someone confident interpreting briefs autonomously, proposing considered solutions, and iterating efficiently on feedback. Whether you're building out a social campaign, developing a brand toolkit, or exploring new visual directions, you'll bring curiosity, rigour, and platform fluency to every piece of work.
