Role: Project Manager Location: Chicago, Illinois About the role: As Project Manager for the GSS team, you'll be the operational backbone of the studio. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you'll manage daily workflow, allocate resource, and ensure every job moves through the process efficiently and on time. You'll work closely with the wider account team to triage incoming briefs, track client satisfaction, and identify opportunities to improve the way the team works. Over time, you'll build deep knowledge of the capabilities of both the GSS and TCF teams — knowledge that will inform smarter resourcing decisions and better outcomes for the client. What you will be doing: Lead end-to-end workflow management for the GSS team — job intake, task allocation, timeline management, and delivery tracking. Provide daily clarity on priorities and task lists to the creative team, enabling them to focus on high-quality creative work. Support the Senior Account Manager with brief triage, ensuring jobs are correctly scoped and routed to the right resource. Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the capabilities and capacity of the full GSS and TCF teams.
