Position Summary : The ERP Master Data Management (MDM) Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and governing the core data domains within the company's enterprise resource planning ecosystem. This role ensures the absolute integrity, quality, and synchronization of critical master data—including Item Masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), product configurations, and vendor/customer master data—across all corporate systems. Acting as a strategic bridge between Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Manufacturing and IT, the MDM professional spearheads data governance policies, maps complex workflows (such as Plan to Produce and Subcontracting Process), and mitigates compliance risks by systematically enforcing standardized naming conventions, change control protocols, and data validation rules.
