Senior Software Engineer, Salesforce (Service Cloud) Remote (India)
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to design and build scalable solutions on our Salesforce Service Cloud platform, which supports clinical care coordination and patient engagement workflows. This role owns technical design decisions, mentors other engineers, and partners closely with product and clinical stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and performant Salesforce solutions.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flow, and declarative tools.
Architect scalable data models, integrations, and automation that support high-volume clinical and contact center operations.
Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and platform performance.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
Partner with product managers, QA, and clinical operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Own code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline practices (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, or similar).
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including performance bottlenecks and integration failures.
Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, and contribute to engineering standards and documentation.
