The Product Manager is responsible for defining and advancing product capabilities for the Othot platform, with a particular focus on AI, analytics, and data-driven solutions. This role translates customer needs, market opportunities, and complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements and experiences that deliver meaningful value to colleges and universities. Working closely with Data Science, Engineering, UX, and client-facing teams, the Product Manager manages product priorities from discovery through development, launch, and adoption. This role also monitors product usage and performance, gathers customer and market insights, and supports the continued evolution of AI-powered capabilities across enrollment, retention, financial aid, and other higher education use cases. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for AI, analytics, and agentic capabilities, including AI-driven recommendations, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and student- and institution-level insights. Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and client-facing teams to translate predictive and prescriptive model outputs into usable, explainable product features.
