Who we are In the past, to be a successful restaurateur, you simply had to have a passion for food and a passion for people - but to succeed as a digital restaurateur you also need to have a passion for technology. We believe in the joy of serving others, and that's why we created Otter – to help restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery. Restaurants around the world, both large and small, including Chick-fil-A, Ben & Jerry’s, KFC, and Eataly trust our software to power their delivery business. We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. Drive monetization through pricing experiments, upsell opportunities, and CRM-driven campaigns that expand LTV. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Data Science to enrich leads, improve attribution, and optimize channels. Define and track success metrics – CAC, LTV, conversion rates, activation velocity, and self-serve revenue. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM to ship fast, learn quickly, and scale what works. What we’re looking for 3+ years of product management or relevant experience. Proven track record of building and scaling growth-focused product experiences. Strong quantitative skills: comfortable with SQL, experimentation, and growth modeling. Creative problem solver with a bias toward fast learning and iteration. Excellent communicator who can align GTM, data, and product teams around a shared growth roadmap. Bonus: experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or restaurant/commerce technology. Why join us Growing market: You’ll be…
