We increase sales, reduce order issues, and decrease delivery headaches. What you’ll do You aren’t just managing a queue; you are the connective tissue that keeps our go-to-market engine running. Sitting at the heart of our Service Delivery team, you will support five key cross-functional pillars to ensure the entire customer journey is seamless from start to finish. Be the Salesforce Guru: You’ll be the go-to for our Sales and CX teams. Whether it’s fixing a broken flow, enabling new features, or handling daily admin tasks, you’ll ensure Salesforce works for the team, not against them. Own day-to-day Salesforce administration : users, profiles, permissions, page layouts, validation rules, and automation. Build and maintain scalable Flows that support evolving GTM motions. Administer and optimize the broader GTM tech stack: Yesware and outreach tooling, LeanData routing, enrichment platforms, and the integrations between them. Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems (data warehouse, marketing platforms, finance tools, product telemetry). Build the Infrastructure: This isn’t just maintenance—it’s evolution. You will evaluate, build, and document the high-level processes that define how our internal teams interact. Bridge the Gaps: You’ll proactively "connect the dots" between departments.
