POSITION OVERVIEW : The Senior Application Developer will design, develop, enhance, and support full-stack business applications and management dashboards that meet organizational needs and improve operational efficiency. This role will work across all phases of the application lifecycle and software development. The position requires strong technical expertise in front-end, back-end, database, integration and dashboarding, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. The Senior Application Developer will help ensure that applications are reliable, secure, scalable, and aligned with departmental and enterprise technology standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Contribute to the planning, implementation, delivery, and ongoing administration of enterprise information systems, data platforms, dashboarding and reporting solutions. Contribute to assigned project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across program management, project management, software development lifecycle, and application lifecycle efforts. Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements. Contribute to solution design, configuration, development, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and post-implementation support for enterprise technology initiatives. Contribute to application development, system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements in accordance with organizational standards and approved technology practices.
