This is a remote position, open to candidates in Portugal ONLY The Implementation Project Manager owns the end-to-end implementation of Syndigo's healthcare and medical device connections, from kickoff through go live. This person acts as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients during implementation, triaging issues, routing them to the right internal teams, and project managing the resolution. The role blends project management (scope, time, cost, quality, risk) with the regulatory context needed to support healthcare specific workflows like FDA GUDID, EUDAMED, and other UDI registration programs. This person manages the complete project life cycle for healthcare implementations, coordinating across Product, Support, Services, and Engineering to deliver a successful launch, then hands off the account to the appropriate ongoing support team once the client is live and stable.
