Location: Remote Travel Required: Less than 15% Job Summary As a Staff Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that span Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations and business teams. You will initially focus on two strategic areas: the implementation and adoption of PatientPoint’s Customer Data Platform and the advancement of AI initiatives across Product and Technology. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, connect work across functions, and drive complex programs from strategy through execution and adoption. You will create clear visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions and outcomes while helping teams move from emerging ideas and initiatives into scalable, repeatable execution. What You’ll Do Enterprise Program Leadership Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations and external partners. Build integrated plans across priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and readiness. Establish clear operating cadences and executive visibility for complex programs. Anticipate risks and dependencies and drive resolution before they materially impact outcomes. Bring the right leaders together to resolve cross-functional issues and drive timely decisions. Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
