You will be: mapping stakeholders for each migration package, including business owners, data owners, key report users and domain digital contacts, and agreeing on clear sign-off responsibilities, confirming with business owners which data products and reports will be migrated, consolidated or retired, using dependency analysis and report-usage evidence provided by the delivery teams, translating business expectations into clear, testable acceptance criteria, including relevant figures, reports, user groups and acceptable tolerances, ensuring that acceptance criteria are agreed before the build begins, preparing and presenting evidence-based recommendations for consolidating or retiring overlapping reports, resolving consolidation decisions directly with stakeholders and escalating contested cases to the Data Council, organizing product demonstrations and User Acceptance Testing, supported by side-by-side reconciliation results prepared by the migration pods, tracking UAT findings, actions and decisions through to resolution, ob…
