About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across teams, shape engineering strategy, and drive the design of scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions. You'll influence without direct authority, mentor engineers, simplify complex systems, and align technology decisions with customer, product, security, operational, and commercial outcomes.

What You'll Do
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Lead technical direction across multiple teams and strategic initiatives. Design and govern scalable, cloud-native, distributed systems and platforms. Define architectural patterns, engineering standards, and reusable solutions. Drive design reviews, technology roadmaps, and architectural decision-making. Identify and address technical debt, scalability risks, operational challenges, and security concerns.
Software Engineering
