Job Description The Project Manager is a licensed Landscape Architect responsible for leading and developing high-performing project teams while ensuring the successful delivery of multiple landscape architecture projects. This role balances people leadership with project oversight, creating an environment where team members are supported, challenged, and empowered to produce exceptional work. The Project Manager provides coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day leadership for designers and planners, fosters collaboration across disciplines, and maintains accountability for project quality, client satisfaction, schedule, and financial performance. Responsibilities Team Leadership and People Development Lead, mentor, and develop Staff Designers, Staff Planners, and Student Interns through coaching, feedback, and professional development. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team culture. Effectively delegate work based on individual strengths, experience, and development goals. Provide guidance and technical oversight throughout all phases of project delivery. Support workload planning, resource allocation, and team utilization in coordination with leadership.
