This role exists to give you Silicon Valley startup experience inside a structured, deliberate learning environment: a small senior team, real production scope early, and the time and mentorship to develop into an exceptional engineer. Your purpose in the first year is to develop a great understanding of the craft and excellent debugging skills, so that you become the bulwark between what AI produces and what reaches a customer.
What experience we're looking for:
Working knowledge of software development fundamentals: data structures, complexity, state, and how a request moves from a browser to a database and back.
