About the Role CoreWeave is building AI infrastructure at an extraordinary scale. We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to define and lead how maintenance and operational changes are planned, coordinated, and delivered across our infrastructure. You will establish the operating model, decision frameworks, and execution standards that help teams complete changes safely, effectively, and on time while protecting service reliability and customer commitments. You will build practical change-management processes that support reliable execution, customer readiness, and appropriate operational controls. This role requires someone who can turn ambiguous, multi-organization problems into clear direction and mechanisms that teams adopt. You will shape priorities and technical sequencing with engineering leaders, lead complex programs directly, and improve how the organization manages change beyond any single project. The Technical Program Manager will Define and drive adoption of a shared operating model for infrastructure maintenance and change management, including intake, risk classification, ownership, readiness reviews, approvals, escalation, and closeout. Lead maintenance programs across facilities, site operations, infrastructure services, and customer support teams; from advance notification and planning through execution, validation, and closeout.
