Business Analyst – Cyber Security (Privileged Access Management) Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Business Consulting | Type: Permanent Help organizations strengthen cyber resilience by translating business needs into secure identity and access management solutions. The Role As a Business Analyst within Capco's Cyber Security practice, you will work with leading financial services and energy clients to deliver Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation initiatives. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements while supporting the enhancement and adoption of enterprise PAM capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging business objectives with cybersecurity solutions that improve governance, operational efficiency, and risk management. What You’ll Do Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture, analyze, and document current and future state Privileged Access Management processes and business requirements Develop high-quality business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation to support solution delivery Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to support application onboarding, solution design, and implementation activities Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support successful deployment and business adoption of PAM capabilities Produce clear project deliverables, status reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology initiatives Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and data requirements while managing stakeholder expectations Strong facilitation, communication, and presentati…
