Role Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of business and technology projects across Life, General, and/or Medical Insurance. The role will manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risks, dependencies, and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and programme leadership, the Project Manager will drive project outcomes from mobilisation through implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities 1) Project Planning & Delivery Lead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation and technology projects. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery roadmaps. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Monitor project progress and proactively manage delivery risks and issues. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
