We’ve done a pretty good job so far, but we’re just getting started! 📍London, Old Street | 🏢 2 Days in Office Core Infrastructure at Capital on Tap 🚀 Core Infrastructure’s mission is to build a secure, patched, cost-efficient cloud foundation, provisioned entirely as code. We own the cloud, network, identity and infrastructure delivery that every product team at Capital on Tap runs on. It’s a big year for the team: we’re consolidating how we manage access and secrets, modernising our edge, moving to GitHub and exploring a multi-cloud future. We’re also building the infrastructure behind AI at Capital on Tap, connecting our engineers and products to models from Anthropic and OpenAI securely and at scale. What You’ll Be Doing 🗃️ Build and maintain our Azure foundations using Terraform, including reusable infrastructure modules and a standard Kubernetes baseline. Help run our network and edge, including Cloudflare, Istio and Cato. Manage cloud identity and access, including RBAC, managed identities and service-to-service authentication. Help consolidate secret and certificate management into a single, automated pattern. Automate infrastructure and core container patching so it runs on a reliable, fixed cadence.
