WHY BOX NEEDS YOU As the Product Manager for Entitlements and Billing (Redwood City–based), you’ll represent the voice of the customer, partner closely with Product, Build, GTM and enterprise systems teams to scale the business. Own how Box sells, entitles, and bills for both subscription plans and usage. You will define the customer and GTM experience from purchase through usage, overage, and reporting — across self-serve and sales-led motions — so customers understand what they get, what they used, and what they will be charged.
