How to Prepare for the Recruiting Process -
📢 Why Are They Hiring a Product Manager? 🏢
Our client is hiring a Product Manager to take true end-to-end ownership of their product. Today, pieces of project management are covered, but no one fully owns product thinking—and the founder who has carried this function can no longer give it the attention it needs as his responsibilities expand. You'll become the bridge between the business, its members, and the development team: turning ideas and customer needs into validated scopes, PRDs, and user stories, keeping 2–3 feature projects moving, and confirming every release works as designed and delivers the right user experience. This is a product owner role, not a task-coordinator role, with real room …truncated… gets built, and your growth keeps pace with the business. 💯
