At Atwell, you'll lead residential, mixed-use, and commercial land development projects across the Puget Sound region, partnering with some of the area's most active developers and bringing projects from concept through construction. What You'll Do Lead residential and commercial land development projects throughout the Seattle metro area. Manage projects from due diligence, entitlements, and permitting through construction. Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with developers and local agencies. Oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams. Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Help grow Atwell's presence in one of the most dynamic development markets in the Pacific Northwest.
