Prepare and review permit applications for wetlands and WOTUS impacts, and RTE species in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines. Review field data and review reports for natural resource assessments and RTE. Serve as project manager and technical lead on a variety of natural resource management and renewable energy Write and manage scope, schedule, and fee proposals for new opportunities. Manage multiple simultaneous small and large projects, including maintaining budgets, schedules, quality of service, and subcontractor management. Work closely with Atwell scientists, managers, team leaders and directors in both natural and cultural resources throughout the company to promote Atwell’s business interests in adherence to its mission, vision, and values.
